Orders & Shipping
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also check status via [My Orders] in your Khambani account.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, we offer COD on selected pin codes. If COD is not available for your area, you’ll be prompted to choose a prepaid method.
Returns & Replacements
What if my item arrives damaged or leaked?
We’re truly sorry. Please share a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery at support@khambani.com, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we currently allow returns only in cases of damage, wrong item, or defect.
Payments & Refunds
We support all major cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and COD (where eligible). Payments are securely processed via encrypted gateways.

Product Information
Are Khambani products 100% natural?
Yes. All our products are chemical-free, preservative-free, and made using traditional, time-tested methods. Many use Gau-based ingredients like desi cow ghee, ark, or dung.
Can I use your oils or ark for Ayurvedic treatments?
Our products are made using Ayurvedic principles, and many are used in wellness routines. For medical treatments, consult your Ayurvedic practitioner.
