At Khambani, every product is handcrafted with care and delivered with devotion. We understand that sometimes, things may not go as planned. That’s why we’ve designed our Cancellation & Returns Policy to be fair, transparent, and simple — just like our ingredients.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped — whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please email us at support@khambani.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9671711166 with your order number.
Returns & Replacements
We currently do not offer returns on products unless they fall under the below conditions:
Return is accepted only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or leaked product. You received the wrong item. The item is expired or close to expiry (within 1 month)
In such cases, please:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery. Share a clear photo/video of the issue Mention your order number and the problem in detail.
Once verified, we will offer:
A free replacement, Or A full refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 working days)
We do not accept returns for:
Products opened, used, or tampered with, Change of taste, personal dislike after use, Orders placed by mistake but already shipped, Soaps, food items, and wellness consumables unless damaged.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer. Refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days of approval. COD orders may require bank details for NEFT/IMPS transfer. For replacements, a new shipment will be initiated at no extra charge
